摘要 C_(60)修饰电极电位传感器对有机季铵盐十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)有很好的响应。其电位与CTMAB在1.0×10~(-2)~5.0×10~(-6)mol/L范围内浓度的负对数呈线性关系,斜率 24mV/pC,检测限 5.5×10~(-7)mol/L,响应时间 1.5 min。该电极具有制备简便,响应速度快,线性范围大,稳定性好等优点。另外,将C_(60)修饰电极用作检测味觉传感器中CTMAB浓度的变化,对味觉传感器的作用机理进行了初步的验证。 The C60 modified electrode as a potentiometric sensor has a good response to hex-adecyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB). The potential versus logarithm concentration curves show certain linear relationship for CTMA+ in the concentration range of 1. 0×10-2 to 5. 0×10-6mol/L with a solpe of 24 mV/pC. The detection limit is 5. 5×10-7mol/L. The response time is 1. 5 min. The range of response is wide. The preparation of the electrode is easy, and the response is fast and stable. Furthermore, the C60 modified electrode can detect the change of the concentration of CTMAB in taste electrochemical sensor, and it has primarily proved the response mechanism of the taste electrochemical sensor.
