摘要
本文报道用一般光源溴钨灯及电荷耦合器件阵列检测器组装的荧光检测装置.对装置的各种操作参数进行了优化及评价.此装置测定荧光素的检出限达到5×10~(-10)mol/L,线性范围为1×10~(-9)~2×10~(-6)mol/L.
A new setup for highly sensitive fluorescence detection, made up of charge-coupled device array detector and common tungsten lamp source, was described. The setup's operation parameters have been optimized and evaluated. The detection limit of fluorescein is 5×10-10mol/L, and the linear range is 1 × 10-9-2×10-6 mol/L.
