摘要 本文采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)和二极管阵列检测器,分离了农药氯氰菊酯的四个同分异构体,同时利用色谱保留值规律和光谱特征吸收曲线综合进行定性分析,记录了每个组分的峰上坡、峰顶和峰下坡三个不同部分在 220~320 nm波段的光谱叠合图并进行比较,以确定峰的纯度,并测定了异构体的顺反比例. High-performance liquid chromatography with a photodiode array detector (PAD) was used for separating four isomers of pesticide cypermethrin. The qualitative analysis has been done with the chromatographic retention value rule and the spectrographic absorption curves. In addition, the spectrographic diagrams between 220 and 320 nm of each component at the three different places, the summit, right and left of peak, have been recorded, and compared in oredr to define the purity of the peak. The ratio of cis-trans isomers has been determined.
