摘要
基于稀盐酸介质中氯酸钾氧化考马斯亮蓝G的反应,提出了测定痕量亚硝酸根的新催化光度法.方法检出限为2.4×10~(-8)g/mL,线性范围为0.08~0.48μg/mL,用于唾液和硝酸钾中亚硝酸根测定.
A catalytic spectrophotometry is suggested for determining trace nitrite by the reaction of coomassie brilliant blue G oxidation in an acid medium with potassium chlorate. Optimum condition for the catalytic reaction is established. The detection limit for NO2- is 2. 4×10-8 g/mL, and relative standard deviation is 2. 0% (n=11) for the determination of 8 utg NO2-. The linear range of the determination is 0. 08-0. 48 ug/mL for NO2-. The method has been used to determine trace nitrite in potassium nitrate and saliva samples.
