Gas Chromatographic Determination of Opiates in Human Blood

本文用固-液提取,MSTFA-MBTFA混合衍生化,经GC/MSD分析,建立了检测人血中阿片类药物的快速、稳定、灵敏、准确的分析方法.

We report a simple, sensitive, rapid and comprehensive method for the determination of opiates in human blood. It includes purification and enrichemnt of the opiates by solid-phase extraction of body fluid, followed by GC/MS analysis of the derivative with N-methyl-N-trimethylsilyltrifluoroacetamide and N-methyl-bis-trifluoroacetamide. The detection limit was 0. 75 ng morphine, 0. 5 ng codeine, 0. 6 ng dihydrocodeine, 0. 82 ng 6-monoacetyl-morphine, 1 ng ethylmorphine and 2 ng heroine.
