摘要
研究了混合基体改进剂,灰化、原子化温度以及共存元素的干扰.采用镧和钙作混合基体改进剂后,硅的灵敏度提高,抗干扰能力增强,可以用石墨炉原子吸收直接测定高温合多中硅.方法特征量为 0.2ng,检出限为 2.3μg/g,对于含硅量为 400μg/g左右的合金样品,相对标准偏差为5%左右.回收率在90%~110%之间.
The mixed matrix modifier and the aching or atomization temperature of silicon are investigated. The application of La/Ca as the mixed matrix modifier to determine silicon not only enhances the sensitivity but also reduces the interference. The method is used directly for the determination of silicon in high temperature alloy. The characteristic mass is 0. 2 ng, the detection limit is 2. 3 ug/g. For alloy of about 400 ug/g for silicon, the relative standard deviation is 4. 7%-7. 3%, the recovery is 90%-110%.
