摘要
将BO_3^(3-)转化为BF_4.IO_3转化为I,以Cd(phen)_3^(2+)[三(1,10-邻二氮菲)镉]络合和硝基苯萃取,用火焰原子吸收法间接测定硼与碘,其特征浓度达 0. 016μg/mL/1% A和0.028μg/mL/1% A,在稻米等样品中作加标回收,硼回收率为 92.8%~102.4%,碘为97.2%~106.7%.
Trace boron and iodine in the rice, straw and other vegetable samples are determined by FAAS. BO33- and IO3- are transformed respectively into BF4- and I- , then complxed with[Cd(phen)3]2+. Cadmium in the complex compound of boron or iodine is extracted by nitrobenzene as an extractant, and is determined by FAAS, thereby boron and iodine are indirectly determined by the method. The recovery of boron and iodine is 92. 8%-102. 4% and 97. 2%-106. 7% , respectively.
