摘要
本文发现以2,2′-联吡啶(2,2′-bipy)作活化剂,痕量钛(Ⅳ)在硝酸介质中催化过氧化氢氧化甲基橙褪色的指示反应.研究了催化褪色反应的最佳条件和动力学参数,建立了测定痕量钛的新方法.方法的最低检测限为4.5×10^(-12)g Ti(Ⅳ)/mL,测定范围为0~0.2μg Ti(Ⅳ)/25mL,用于测定人发中的Ti(Ⅳ),获得了满意的结果.
A kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of titanium ( Ⅳ ) has been established, based on its catalytic effect on the oxidation of methyl orange by hydrogen peroxide in nitric acid medium in the presence of 2, 2'-bipyridine as an activating agent. Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0-0. 2 μg Ti(Ⅳ )/25 mL. The detection limit is 4. 5× 10-12 g Ti( Ⅳ )/mL. The method has been applied to the determination of trace amounts of titanium in human hair with satisfactory results.
