摘要
本文对柱晶白霉素在GCE上的伏安行为进行了研究,发现在磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH7.13)于+0.93V(vs.Ag/AgCl)左右产生一清晰伏安氧化峰可用于定量,分析了制剂中柱晶白霉素的含量,得到满意的结果,经循环伏安法验证,柱晶白霉素在GCE上的电极反应为不可逆反应.
This paper reported an anodic voltarnmetric determination of leucomycin (LM). In a medium of phosphatic buffer (pH = 7. 13), the potential of anodic peak for LM is +0. 93 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) a glassy carbon electrode. A linear relationship between the peak height and the concentration of LM in the range of 5. 0-100 μg/mL was obtained. The peak potential decreases with the decreasing acidity of the solution. It is confirmed that the electrode reaction is irreversible through cyclic voltammetry. The method has been used for the direct determination of LM in tablets.
