摘要
一次性血液电解质钙离子测试卡片,是基于离子选择性电极原理的一种电化学传感器,它由测量池、敏感膜、接触衬底和盐桥等构件组成.它与电解质分析仪配套使用,具有快速简便,对被测样品不必作预处理,避免交叉污染、测试精度高、选择性好等特点.其性能指标为,标准偏差小于0.036;相对标准偏差小于3.09%;响应时间小于 15s;漂移小于0.1mV/min;线性范围2×10^(-4)~1×10^(-2)mol/L;回收率可达到100.86%.由此可见,离子敏卡片在分析领域中有广阔的前景.
A type of disposable Ca2+ test card, chemical ion sensitivity, is an electrochemical sensor based on the principle of ion-selective electrodes(ISE). It consists of determined hole, reference electrode collar, sensitive membrane, graphite and salt bridge and so on. Two points electrometric determined method has been taken. Its charactristics can be stated as following: it is disposable and convenient in use, quick response, economic cost, no need for pre-treatment of the sample, no cross-contamination, good reproducibility and selectivity, high accuracy and so on. The characteristic of Ca2+sensor is determined with ±SD of less 0. 036, RSD of 3. 09%, response time of less 15 s, drift of less 0. 1 mV/min, linear range of 2 ×10-4-1×10-2mol/L and recovery of 100.86%.
