摘要
本文报道了一种毛细管区带电泳分离、激光干涉检测未衍生氨基酸的新方法.详细研究了溶液pH值和电解质浓度对氨基酸分离的影响,并从理论和实验方面说明了相对淌度具有良好的重现性.在 0.05 mol/L pH 9.6的四硼酸钠溶液中,对 10种未衍生氨基酸进行了较好的分离.
The separation of native amino-acids by capillary zone electrophoresis in the solution of sodium tetraborate was presented, in which the on-column detection was performed with laser-based interference refractive index detection without derivatization of amino-acids. The performance of the migration time, electrophoretic mobility and relative effective mobility were compared in typical analytical runs. The results showed that the reproducibility of relative mobility is better than that of migration time or electrophoretic mobility.
