摘要
对一台旧的真空光量计进行了部分改造,以辉光放电灯做为激发光源,研制了与PC286型计算机接口的适配电路,设计一个能同时准确测量辉光灯放电电流的装置.使之成为适用的辉光放电真空光量计,对钢表面的Ni-P镀层进行逐层分析,得到良好的结果.
The spark source in the vacuum quantimeter(WLlJ) was substituted by a glow discharge lamp and the MC6800 computer replaced by PC 286 with an applicable interface circuit. A device which can accurately measure the discharge current and directly input to A/ D in computer is established. A method of indepth profile analysis of Ni-P plating on steel with this equipment is developed.
