摘要
研究了离子对反相高效液相色谱分离铬(Ⅲ)、钼(Ⅵ)、钒(Ⅳ)和钻(Ⅱ)之2-(2一咪唑偶氮)-苯酚-4-磺酸螯合物的柱前衍生条件,检测彼长的选择,流动相中有机溶剂、四丁基溴化铵及酸度的影响,并讨论了15种外来离子的干扰情况.本方法巳用于合辣金钢和钒喳的分析.检测限为0.4ng铬、1.2ng钼和0.lng钒.
The reversed-phase ion-pair high-performance liquid chromatographic separation of chromium ( Ⅲ ), molybdenum ( Ⅵ), vanadium (Ⅴ) and cobalt ( Ⅱ ) as chelates with 2-(2-imidazoIylazo)-phenol-4-sulphonic acid was investigated. The method has been applied to the determination of chromium, molybdenum and vanadium in alloy steel and vanadium slag samples. The detection limits were 0. 4, 1. 2 and 0. 2 ng, respectively.
