摘要
本文用毛细管气相色谱、气相色谱/质谱/计算机、气相色谱/红外光谱等现代仪器分析技术,对马山前胡挥发油的化学成分进行了分析研究,从毛细管色谱分离出80多个峰,确认了其中37种成分,占色谱总馏出峰面积的97%以上,该挥发油的主要化学成分为菠烯.
The chemical constituents of the essential oil of Peucedanum mashanense Shan et Sheh were analyzed by CGG, GC/MS/DS and GC/FTIR. More than 80 peaks were separated by CGC, and 37 compounds were identified. The identified constituents represent over 97% of the CGC peak areas of the essential oil. The major chemical constituents of them are pinene, thujene, terpinene, etc.
