Determination of p-Amino-phenol and Impurities Prepared by Electrochemical Method With High-performance Liquid Chromatography

研究了用高效液相色谱法对电化学生产的对氨基苯酚(PAP)及杂质4,4′-二氨基二苯醚和联苯胺含量的测定.方法简单、重现性好.适合工业生产中的快速控制分析.对氨基苯酚产品的相对标准偏差小于1.5%,4,4′-二氨基二苯醚和联苯胺的相对标准偏差分别小于2.5%和3.0%.

The impurities 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether and 4,4-diaminodiphenyl in product of p-aminophenol prepared by electrochemical method were detected successfully with high-performance liquid chromatography. This method is fast, convenience and suitable for check or analysis in production. The relative error of p-aminophenol, 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether and 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl is less than 1. 5%, 2. 5% and 3. 0%.
