摘要
在氨水与聚乙烯醇(PVA)存在下,痕量Co～(2+)对H_2O_2氧化亚甲基蓝的褪色反应有抑制作用,由此建立了一种高灵敏度(5.0×10(-11)gCo～(2+)/mL)分光光度测定痕量钴的方法,测定范围为0～1.00μgCo～(2+)/25mL,用于水中钴的分析,结果满意.
Cobalt has a suppressed effect on the discolored reaction resulted from hydrogen peroxide oxidizing methylene blue? thus a highly sensitive method for determining trace cobalt is set up with the sensitivity of 5. 0 10-11 gCo2+/mL and the range of determination of 0-1. 00 ug Co2+/25 mL. The method has been applied to the determination of cobalt in water with satisfactory results.
