摘要
自制了一种可在X-射线衍射仪上现场观察电化学反应电极表面物相变化的电解池装置,该装置在使用时,不需对衍射仪部件作任何改变,只需将其固定在衍射仪的测角台上,联结恒电位仪相应接线柱即可.可直接用于研究电极反应过程中固体表面的组成和结构变化,获取最原始的反应信息.为研究反应机理提供了条件.
An in situ X-ray diffraction apparatus was designed for determining the phase change on the surface of the electrodes. No any parts of the X-ray diffractometer itself need to be changed for the experiment. In the operation, an electrolytic cell is fixed on the wide angle goniometer of the diffractometer and connected with the concerning terminals of the potentiostat. The instantaneous phase changes on the electrode surface could be detected.
