摘要 本文研究了铀-2-(3,5-二溴-2-吡啶偶氨)-5-二乙氨基苯酚(3,5-diBr-PADAP)-Triton X-100析相光度体系,建立了矿石中微量铀的测定方法,在pH 7.5三乙醇胺-盐酸介质中,将胶束溶液在 95±1℃加热 1h.络合物即被Triton X-100相完全富集.络合物最大吸收峰位于565nm.摩尔吸光系数为1.02×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),铀含量在0~12μg/5mL服从比耳定律.采用TBP萃淋树脂分离干扰离子,测定矿石中微量铀,结果满意. The optimum condition of the phase separation coloring reaction of uranium-2-(3, 5-dibromo-2-pyrtdylazo )-5-diethylaminophenol with Triton X-100 was studied, and a method for the determination of trace uranium in ore was proposed. In pH 7. 5 tri-ethanolamine-HCl buffer medium, the complex can be enriched in Triton X-100 phase when heating at 95+1C for 1 h in a boiling water bath. The maximum absorption of the complex lies at 565 nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 1. 02 * 105 L mol-1 cm-1. Beer' s law is obeyed in the range of 0 to 12 ug/5 mL for uranium. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of trace uranium in ores by using TBP resin with satisfactory results.
