摘要
在氨性(pH9~9.5)条件下,镍(Ⅱ)与结晶紫及亚硝基R盐反应形成紫色络合物,表观摩尔吸光系数_ε(635)=2.29×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),镍浓度在0~0.120mg/L范围内遵守比耳定律,组成摩尔比为Ni:CV:R=1:2:1.本法快速,为光度测定微量镍的高灵敏方法之一,用于土壤、人发等试样中镍的测定,结果满意.
Nickel reacts with crystal violet(CV) and nitroso-R salt(R) in the presence of NH3(pH 9-9. 5) to form a violet complex. The apparent molar absorptivity is found to be 2. 29×105 L · mol-1 · cm-1. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-0. 120 mg/L for Nickel. The molar ratio of the components oi Ni : CV: R is 1: 2 : 1. The method is rapid and high ly sensitive. It has been applied for the determination of Ni in soil, hair and jujube samples with satisfactory results.
