摘要 本文报道光敏分离薄膜激光热透镜光谱法测定微区痕量汞的研究。讨论了汞-双硫腙体系的光敏特性,及其光敏薄膜激光热这憾的产生机理,研究了不同溶剂介质对光敏分离薄膜热透镜信号的影响,采用光敏分离成功地进行了痕量汞的分离测定。薄膜汞含量在50-400ng范围内,与其热透镜信号强度成正比。线性关系为Sc=0.0135C+0.2500,检测限为1×10-8g。对生物样品中痕量汞的测定获得满意结果。 A sensitive method based on the photochromic film separation Was developed for determination of trace Hg (Ⅱ) in microzone by laser thermal lens gnctrometry.The PhotochromicCharacteristics of Hg (Ⅱ) dithizonate complex Hg(HL)2 is discussed.The mechanism of the thermal lens effect in photochromic film, the conditions of photochromic separation,the effect of the orgsnic solvents and the niterference of more than 10 ions were investigated.The linear range of calibration curve and limit of detection are 50 to 400ng and 10ng,respectively.The method has been applied to determintaion of trace Hg(Ⅱ) in biological samples with satisfactory results.
