摘要
根据吗啡在酸性四磷酸介质中被高锰酸钾氧化过程中的化学发光现象对吗啡进行定量测定。研究了几种介质及氧化剂的影响。发现β-环糊精的存在可使吗啡氧化化学发光强度显著提高,检测限可达到3ng/mL。对尿中吗啡进行了检测。对可能的化学发光机理进行了讨论。
A more sensitive method was intrduced todetermine quantitatively morphine by detectingthe chemiluminescent intensity of morphinewhich was oxidized in the presence of KMnO_4 intetraphosphoric acid medium. The interferenceof some media and oxidants has been studied andit is shown that β-cyclodextran can increase thechemiluminescent intensity.The limit of detec-tion of 3ng/mL morphine was obtained. Mor-phine and its metabolite in urine have been de-tected.The mechanism of morphine’s chemilu-minescence was briefy discussed
