双波长光度法配合物组成和稳定常数的测定

Determination of the Composition and Sta-bility Constant of Complexes by Dual Wave-length Spectrophotometric Method

利用双波长光度法的选择性这一特点，消除体系中有关物种的干扰，直接测定配体的平衡浓度。基于此结合溶液中物种的分布系数，建立了测定配合物组成和稳定常数的方法，手续简便可靠，试用于Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）－５－Ｂｒ－ＰＡＤＡＰ体系获得了满意的结果。

he dual wavelength spectrophotometricmethod was used to determine directly the equi-librium concentration of the ligand in a solution. Based on this and according to the distributioncoefficients of the species in a solution,we havedeveloped the new method which can be used forthe determination of the composition and stabili-ty constant of complexes. The method is simpleand reliable,it has already been used in the Cu-5-Br-PADAP system with satisfactory results.
