摘要
在HCl ̄(-)六次甲基四胺介质(pH4.62)中,铜(铅)-Ferron氯化四苯胂络合物产生灵敏的络合吸附波。峰电位分别为-1.41V和-0.57V(Us.SCE)。峰电流与铜、铅浓度分别在0.0004~0.4μg/mL和0.002~0.8μg/mL之间呈线性关系,检出限分别为0.0002μg/mLCu和0.001μg/mLPb。研究了极谱波的性质和电极反应机理。用拟定的方法连续测定水样和食品中的铜、铅,结果满意。
Sensitive polarographic adsorptive com-plex waves of Cu(Ⅱ)-and Pb(Ⅱ)-7-iodo-8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonic acid(ferron)-te-traphenylarsonium chloride ( TPAC)wereobtained respectively by using single sweeppolarography in 0. 02mol/L HCl-0.05mol/Lhexamethylene tetramine at pH4.6. Thepeak potentias appeared at-0. 41V and-0.5 7V (vs. SCE) respectively. The peak cur-rent was linearly related to the concentrationof copper and lead in the range from 0.0004~0. 4μg Cu/ml and 0. 002~0. 8μg Pb/mLrespectively.The detection limit is0.0002μg/mL and 0.001μg/mL for copperand lead respectively.The proposed methodhas been applied to the continuous determi-nation of trace copper and lead in waters andfoods with satisfactory results.The mecha-nism of the electrode reaction has been di-cussed.
