摘要
基于微量碘离子对高碘酸钠氧化甲基紫反应的催化作用,建立了测定微量碘的动力学光度法。方法检出限0.22μg/mL,线性范围0.30~1.40μgmL,包括其它卤素在内的大多数阴离子、阳离子不干扰测定,用于食盐中微量碘的测定,有满意的结果。
ased on the catalytic effect of iodide onthe color-fading reaction of methyl violetwith sodium periodate in phosphate buffermedium at pH6.0~6.8,a new method forthe determination of microamounts of iodineby catalytic spectrophotometry has been de-veloped.The kinetics of the reaction is pseu-do-zero order in reactant within 5.0min.The calibration graph for iodide by measur-ing the decrease of the absorbance at 596nmis linear to iodine concentration in the rangeof 0.30~1.40μg/mL。 The method is selec-tive and very simple and has been applied tothe analysis of iodine in table salts with sat-isfactory results.
