摘要
本文研究了甲硝唑在金微电极上的伏安行为,考察了底液、人体内微量共存物质及表面活性剂对甲硝唑还原行为的影响:在0.2mol/L柠檬酸二氢钾底液中,甲硝唑的浓度与i_p(Ep=-0.46VvsAg/AgCl)在0.50~2200μg/mL范围内存在良好的线性关系,检测限为0.20μg/mL,RSD为5.04%(n=8)。电极过程为一含有吸附的受扩散控制的不可逆氧化还原过程。
The cyclic voltammetric behaviors ofmetronidazole( MTZ )have been studiedwith Au-microelectrode in the medium of0.20mol/L potassium hydrogen citrate, Theeffect of coexisting microconstituent in bodyfluids and several surfactants on the reduc-tion peak current( i_p at -0. 46V vs Ag/AgCl) of MTZ was intensively investigated.At optimal experimental conditions,i_p is lin-ear with MTZ concentration over the rangeof 0.50~2200μg/mL ,the detection limit is0. 20μg/mL,RSD is 5. 04%(n=8).In thispaper, the redox of MTZ on Au-microelec-trode is considered to be an irreversible pro-cess controlled by diffusion with adsorption.
