摘要
本文提出了流动注射-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱在线间接测定生物碱奎宁的分析方法。该法基于在一定实验条件下,四苯硼钠与奎宁发生沉淀反应,所得沉淀物连续吸附于玻璃微球型微过滤柱上,通过测定参加反应的过量试剂,对奎宁进行在线间接测定。本法测定浓度范围为12~160μg/mL;RSD为0.99%(c=40μg/mL,n=8);进样速率为40次/h。结果表明,该法具有简单、快速、准确、试剂和试样消耗量少的优点,可望在临床分析中获得应用。
his paper reports a method for the in-direct determination of quinine using on-lineFI-ICP-AES.The method proposed is basedon the precipitation reaction between quinineand tetraphenylborate in a flow injectionsystem ,and the precipitate is then filtered ona micro-column filled with porous glassbeads. The quinine concentration can be de-termined indirectly through determining theamount of borate in the filtrate, Under ex-perimental conditions the determinationrange of this method is from 12 to 160μg/mL with a RSD of 0. 99%。The sampling fre-quency is 40h ̄(-1).The experimental resultsindicate that the method has advantages ofsimplicity,rapidity,less comsumption ofsample and reagents,and has been appliedin pharmaceutical analysis
