摘要
本文提出了克感敏片中氨基比林、非那西丁、咖啡因和扑尔敏四组分回归正交设计分光光度法同时测定的新方法,比AKC法和CPA法更简便、快速、准确。
new method of Regressive or-thogonal designing-spectrophotometryhas been developed for the simultane-ous determination of aminopyrine,p-ethoxyacetanilide,Coffeine and chlor-pheniramine contained in TABELLAECHLORPHENIPAMINI MALELCICOMPOSITAE.The sensitivity ,accu-racy and speed of determination of thenew method are better than both AKCand CPA, It is believed that regressiveorthogonal designing can be widely ap-plied in many fields of multicomponentspectrophotometric.
