摘要 探讨了文献中血清锌、铜、铁正常值产生差异的原因。采用一份血清样本,选用甲醇、乙醇、正丁醇、甘油、高纯水5种不同的稀释剂稀释5倍,以火焰原子吸收法测定血清中锌、铜、铁含量,测铁时还用了湿消解法处理样品。结果表明,血清前处理方法不同是导致血清锌、铜、铁正常值数据不一致的重要因素,由小到大顺序为;血清锌<血清铁<血清铜。不同型号仪器在相同条件下对测定结果无明显影响(P>0.05)。 The normal values of zine, copper and iron in serum often vary in literatures. The reason of which is investig-ated. The samples of the same serum are diluted five times with methanol, ethnol, butanol, glycerol and high-purity water, respectively, and the contents of zinc, copper and iron are determined by flame atomic spectrometry. Wet di-gestion is also used for determining iron. The results show that the pre-treatment methods are important factors for the disagreement of normal values. The sequence of influence is zinc < iron <copper. Models of instruments have no obvious influence under same conditions. The autbors suggest that 6% butanol is a better deluent for serum and can replace wet digestion.
