尼龙网键合过氧化氢传感器的研究

摘要 将粗提纯的过氧化氢酶键合在尼龙网上制得敏化膜,再将该膜与氧电级结合制成过氧化氢传感器.测定H_2O_2的线性范围为1.4×10^(-5)~1.2×10^(-3)mol/L,相关系数0.9978.在常温下连续使用70次活性未下降,有效活性期在50天以上.在磷酸盐缓冲液和淀粉液中,H_2O_2的平均回收率分别为98.8%和97.5%. A hydrogen peroxide sensor is made by combining oxygen eiectrode with sensitive membrane prepared by co-valently bonding hydrogen peroxide enzyme to polypropylene film . The linear range of the sensor for H2O2 is 1. 4×10-5 -1.2×10-3mol/L, and the correlation coefficient is 0. 9978. The sensor can be used at room temperatures for at least 50 days with little deterioration in response. The recoveries of H2O2 in phospbate buffer and starch solution are 98. 8% and 97.5%, respectively.
