对血气分析中的pH、pCO_2和pO_2电极的测量原理作了系统的论述。对pH玻璃电极的膜组份设计,膜加工工艺,CO_2、O_2透气膜的选择依据,中介液对pCO_2和pO2电极性能的影响,pO_2电极的稳态方程及临床应用要求等方面进行了探讨。评价了当前我国这一技术的应用状况。

Measurement principles of pH-pCO2 and pO2 electrodes in blood gas analysis are described. Constituents of pH electrode membrane, membrane preparation technology. selection of CO2 and O2 permeable membranes, influence of internal electrolyte on the performance of pCO2 electrode and clinic applications of electrode techniques are dis-cussed. Current situation of electrode techniques for blood gas analysis in China is reviewed.
