DHP-05A型高纯氩气在线自动分析仪是手动-自动两用的,以IBM计算机控制的全自动分析仪器,可按事先编辑的程序自动取样-进样,随时显示或打印谱图和分析报告,它可用以检测高纯氩气中氢、氧、氮、甲烷、一氧化碳、二氧化碳六种杂质,其检测下限分别为0.063,0.055,0.12,0.026,0.47,0.09（×10^(-6)V/V）,最小分析周期5分钟。

Model DHP-05A high-purity argon on-line automatic analyzer is descnbed. The analyzer is a chromato-graph under the control of an IBM computer and can be operated manually or automatically at the operator's op-tion. Sampling and injection are performed according to program automatically. The chromatograms and analytical results are displayed and printed when necessare. The analyzer can be used for the determination of hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, methane, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in high -purity argon. The minimum detectable concentrations are 0. 063. 0.055, 0.12, 0.026, 0.47 and 0.09(×10-6 ,V/V) .respectively. The minimum analytical period is about 5 minutes.
