摘要
讨论了在单扫描直流示波极谱中产生极大的原因及消除方法。作者认为,极大的产生与电容充电补偿电路和极谱池内阻构成的等效微分电路有关,因而可以通过改善电路的方法加以消除。作者建议,在极谱池与电容之间串联一个阻值很小的可变电阻就可达到消除极大的目的,以取代使用仰制剂的方法。
The cause for the occurrence of maximum in single-sweep dtrect-current oscillopolarography is discussed. The author holds that the maximum has relevance to the equivalent differentiating circuit consisting of the capacity-charging compensation circuit and the polarographic cell internal resistance, thus it can be eliminated by electrical rnethod. The author suggests that by connecting a variable resistor of low resistance serially between polarographic cell and capaci-tor. the maximum will disappear without using the suppressor.
