摘要
在对FT-80核磁共振波谱仪进行微机化改造的基础上,将线性预测技术用于核磁共振实验,提高了谱仪的信噪比和分辨率。介绍了线性预测的理论,对比了应用线性预测前后获得的谱图。线性预测技术使谱图得到明显改善,不仅基线平直,分辨率提高,基本消除了截趾纹波,而且保留了原有的精细结构。给出了线性预测算法的流程及相应算式。
On the basis of microcomputerization of a FT-80 NMR spectrometer, the linear prediction (LP) technique was applied to NMR experiment. The theory of LP is described and the spectra obtained before and after LP was applied are compared. The quality of spectra obtain by LP are considerably improved. The flowchart of LP algorithm and cor-responding equations are given.
