摘要 探讨了用黄铜作为铜基烧结摩擦片芯板的工艺,观察了烧结过程的变化情况。给果表明,只要工艺参数选取得当,可以制取某些电磁离合器需要的用黄铜作为芯板的摩擦片。 The technology has been explorated, in which brass was used as the core plate of copper- base sintered friction sheet, and the changing case during its sintering was examined. The result has shown that this kind of sintered friction sheet, which is suitable for the needs of some electromagnetic clutches, may be produced, only if the technical parameters are appropriately selected.
