The technology has been explorated, in which brass was used as the core plate of copper- base sintered friction sheet, and the changing case during its sintering was examined. The result has shown that this kind of sintered friction sheet, which is suitable for the needs of some electromagnetic clutches, may be produced, only if the technical parameters are appropriately selected.
