摘要
介绍了该研究所研制的由单片系统机控制的SJ100高温步进梁式粉末冶金烧结炉的程序控制及多温区温度控制。与系统微机相比,其功能与价格比较高,与常规继电器程控系统及普通仪表控温系统相比,可靠性高,紧凑体积小。整个烧结炉自动线是在可控气氛中完成进料、脱蜡、高温烧结、冷却出料及料盘返回等工艺程序,接近80年代国际先进水平。
It is introduced that for the SJ100 walking beam type of PM sintering furnace, its program and the temperatures in its multiple-temperatrue areas have been controlled by one-piece system machine, which has been developed by the Controllabe Research Institute. Compared to any system micro-machines, its function is superior and with high cost; Compared to the program control of normal relay and to the temperature-controlled system of common instruments,its reliability is high, and its volume is small and compact. By means of the auto-mation line of whole sintering furnace, all the processes, including feeding, dewaxing, high-temperature sintering, chilling , discharging, returning of feed-disk, and ete. , are accomplished in controlled atmosphere. As regards the automation line of eintening furnace,its level has been approaching to 1980's advanced one in the world.
