摘要
本文从流行病学病例和对照研究的角度探讨了帕金森氏病与遗传的关系。在88例先证病例和88例配对对照的一级亲属中分别发现本病阳性家族史发生率为3.41%和1.14%,病例组原发性震颤阳性家族史发生率为2.3%。本病家族患病率在病例和对照组中分别为0.83%和0.13%。对照组显著低于病例组。本病遗传度为38.02%±8.34%。
The relationship between Parkinson's disease and genetics was studied through a case-control study of Parkinson's disease. 3.14% of 88 patients with Parkinson'sdisease and 1.14% of matched controls were found a positive family history of Parkinson's diseas. The frequencies of family cases were 0.83% for patients with Parkinson's disease and 0.13% for controls respectively. The heritability of Parkinton's disease as 38.02±8.34%. These suggested that Parkinson's disease be related to genetics.
