摘要 根据溶胶的相互聚沉作用原理,对笔者研究成功的ABS塑料化学镀铜用的胶体铜催化活化液的溶胶性质和工艺特性作了试验.结果表明胶体钢活化液的胶粒带负电荷.新配制的活化液60℃,活化5min的情况下,其活化容量可达67.5dm2/1,放置10h后.活性会有明显下降,2天后又能恢复并稳定在一定的水平上.配制成工作液后应立即使用,4h后活性会明显下降.用离心分离的方法可望减少排放量提高利用率. Based on the principle that sol can get together to precipitate,the properties and technical properties were tested as the writer had studied successfully on sol coppery catalytic activation solution used as ABS plastic electroless coppery plating. It hasshown that the colloidal particles of sol coppery activation solution were with nagativecharge. When the temperature was at 60℃ and it was activated for 5 minutes, the activecapacity of newly prepared activation solution could reach 67. 52dm2/1. If put aside for 10hours, the active properties would decrease obviously. But two days later it could recoverand stablize at a certain level. The working solution prepared must be used at once,for theactive properties can decrease obviously in 4 hours. Exhausted liquid will decrease and theutilization ratio will be improved by using the method of centrifugal separation.
