随着经济体制改革的不断深化，实施学分制已势在必行．学分制实施方案设计，要以学分制理论为指导，又要遵循重视学生个性发展、优化智能结构、实行目标管理等原则．在完善学分制的过程中，必须注意解决教学计划弹性化、严格学籍管理和建立健全综合配套的管理制度等问题．
A credit system should be implemented in order to follow the deepening reform of economic system. Designing the credit system plan should be under the direction of credit system theory, follow the principles of attaching importance to student's personality development, improving student's intelligence structure and carrying out management by objectives.Perfecting the credit system in practice must pay attention to making the instructional plan elastic, being strict with registration management, setting up and strengthening some corresponding management regulations.
