摘要
本文对先天愚型患儿及正常儿童红细胞SOD-1含量、血清LPO含量进行测定,结果先天愚型患儿红细胞SOD-1含量为正常儿童的1.5倍(P<0.01),血清LPO含量在两组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。并对先天愚型患儿红细胞SOD-1含量这种变化的原因及其在本症的病理生理方面所起的作用做了初步探讨。
we measured the amount of superoxide dismutase-1(SOD-1)in RBC and the amount of serum lipid peroxide in three kinds of Down's syndrome children and normal children. The result showed that the amount of SOD-1 in RBC in all Down's syndrome groups was 1.5 times that in normal children (P<0.01), which not only proved the existence of SOD-1 gene-dosage effect in Down's syndrome but also helped diagnose Down's syndrome. The result also showed that the amount of serum lipid peroxide in Down's syndrome groups was not significantly different from that in normal chidren (P>0.05). The pathophysiological implication of increased SOD-1 in Down's sydrome was discussed.
