摘要
用凝胶色谱法对14个螯合剂(羧氨酸类-TTHA、DTPA、EDTA;取代苯酚类-8ll、8102、7601、7602、7603、7616、7711、7724、7803、7804、8307)与牛血清白蛋白对钍的络合竞争能力进行研究,以描述竞争能力的参数F值作为判断指标。结果表明,TTHA、8ll、81023个螯合剂对钍有较强的竞争能力,而7804、EDTA的竞争能力最差。测得的各螯合剂竞争能力强弱次序与以往的动物实验结果基本一致。说明此方法可作为体外筛选促排钍药物的方法。
Fourteen chelation agents(polyaminopolycarboxylate type─TTHA ,DTPA,EDTA;phenolicpolycarboxylate type─8ll ,8l02, 7601,7602,7603,7616,77ll ,7724,7803 ,7804, 8307) were studied their competitive ability to mobilize the thorium with bovineserum albumin(BSA ).The experimental results showed that the competitive ability ofTTHA ,8102 ,811 to chelate Thorium with BSA were the strongest , and EDTA was theworst in all chelating agents. In order of the competitive ability of chelators was displayedthat tallied with animal experimental results in vivo. The parameter F is defined the competi-tive ability of chelators as a screening method for decorporated thorium which is simple,quick and effective method in vitro.
