摘要
本文报道了低放废水蒸残液的水泥固化基础配方及其固化体性能的研究结果。结果表明,水泥浆的流动度、初凝时间均随水灰比、盐灰比的增大而增大,抗压强度则随其增大而降低。推荐的两个固化配方流动度达0.20m以上,固化体抗压强度大于9MPa,42d时总β和(137) ̄Cs累积浸出分数在无添加剂时分别为(1.9—2.4)×10 ̄(-1)和(1,5—2.4)×10 ̄(-1)cm;添加15%(wt)斜发沸石(剂灰比=0.15)时分别为7.2×10 ̄(-3)和1.0×10 ̄(-2)cm。
The basic cementation formulation of LLLW concentrate and properties of ce-ment waste forms are presented in this paper. The effects of water to cement ratio,salt to ce-ment ratio on fluidity,setting time of cement paste and compressive strength of cement wasteform were studied. The leaching tests with cement waste forms of actual radioactive liquidwaste concentrate were conducted. The results showed that fluidity and setting time increaseand the compressive strength decreases with increasing water to cement ratio and salt to cement ratio. For the two recommended fromulations,the fluidites were higher than 0.20 m andcompressive strengthes were higher than 9 MPa. The cumulative leaching fractions of total βand (137) ̄Cs for the cement waste forms without additives were within (2 2. 4) × 10 ̄(-1)cm in 42d.With 15%(wt)zeolite as additive,the cumulative leaching fractions could be reduced byone order of magnitude or more,i.e,7.2×10 ̄(-3) 1.0×10 ̄(-2)cm.
