摘要
体外研究胸腺基质细胞的特性及功能,发现不论是体外器官培养,还是液体单层培养,基质细胞都是在实质细胞退化死亡基础上不断增殖。单层培养可形成多角形细胞、纺锤形细胞及集落,器官培养可形成“细胞槽”滋养细胞等特殊结构。在基质细胞上可见有免疫细胞生长。在0.75Gy及1.5Gy照射后,基质细胞(含基质祖细胞)与未照射组对比减少不明显,甚至有所增高,而4.0Gy和8.0Gy照射后其数量显著下降。胸腺基质祖细胞的D。值是2.3Gy,n值是1.4。
By using the techniques of culture of mice thymus stromal cells in vitro, the characteristics of thymus stromal cells. their dynamic changes in various times in normal and after irradiation. their radiosensitivity was studied. The values of D, and n of thymus stromal cells were 2 .3 Gy and 1 .4 respectively.Decreases in number of stromal cells after irradiation with doses of 0 .75 Gy and 1 .5 Gy was not significant compared with group of non-irradiation. Significant decreases in number of stromal cells occured by irradiation with doses of 4.0 Gy and 8. 0 Gy.
