摘要
本文描述建筑工程施工实行承包制后的施工现象和弊端。指出施工质量的优劣取决于施工员本身的素质和他对工地的指挥权限。提请主管施工的建筑公司注重施工员的工作责任心教育和综合管理能力的训练。
This papers discusses the implementation of the Building Contract System and the ensuing negna-
tive effects on construction quality. The quality depends on the operating engineers——their professional ethic,
professional proficiency and the extent of the power of supervision they are endowed. Therefore, construction engineering companies should provide trainings to operating engineers to taise their awareness of responsibility and their overall management competence.
