摘要
本文根据作者设计的六层框架宿舍楼工程,因桩基旁大量堆土导致工程桩偏斜的事故进行分析,论证工程桩的破坏情况,并总结用锚杆静压桩补强,引入疏桩基础原理以减少桩数与工程造价,并取得成功的实践经验。
The accident of pile inclination for a sixfloor framed structure designed by the author is analysed owing to the large accumulation of earth near the pile foundation in this paper. The pile damage is studied. The static pressure pile with anchor rod is used for strengthening and the principle of few pile is introduced to reduce the amount of pile and project cost. The practice of treatment is proved to be successful.
