本文对某住宅楼发生大量沉降的原因及发展趋势作了分析和推算,并介绍了利用锚杆静压桩的封桩技术同时实施阻沉和纠偏的有效方法。

For refernce. this paper presents analysis and calculation of the cause and tendency of noticeable settelement of a certain residential binding. Moreover,it introduces an effective method to hold back settlement and rectify deviations by means of pile -scaling technology of anchor rod piling.
