集对分析是对系统作同异反定量分析研究的一种系统分析方法．本文把集对分析方法应用于多目标决策中效用函数的建立．多目标决策实例表明集对分析方法为效用函数的建立提供了一种科学的系统方法．

Set pair analysis(SPA) is a systematic analysis method which makes study on same-differentopposite ration analysis. In this paper, the set pair analysis is applied to build effectiveness function for multiple objective decision-making. The applied examlple indicates that the set pair analysis provides a scientific systematic method to build effectiveness function during multiple objective decision-making.
