锥栗果失重及辐射杀虫的研究

Studies on Weight-losing of Chestnut and Its Moth-control by Radiating

本研究利用６０Ｃ０γ射线辐照锥栗果进行辐射杀虫及贮藏失重等试验。经０．５～２．０ｋＧｙ剂量γ射线辐照的锥栗果，象鼻虫虫卵及幼虫杀伤效果明显。锥栗果贮藏以低湿、塑料袋装失重最少。贮藏１００天，平均失重仅４．０％。

This paper studied the effects of different storing conditions on weight-losing of chestnut and the effects of 60Co γ-radiation on moth-control. The results showed that chestnut lost more weight when stored in common temperature than low temperature, and it lost weight faster when packed with paper than with plastic,γ-radiation had certain influence on weight-losing but not obviously,There was little change in weight-losing when chestnut soaked in medicinal liquid or not.With regression analysis,this paper also concluded regressive equations of losing-weight to storing time under different storing condition. Based on radiation experiments,the results indicated that radiation had good effect in killing moth, but further researches would be carried out to determine the optimum γ-radiation dosage.
