摘要
作大鼠回肠外置于腹部皮下手术,开两个观察口。伤口愈合后进行^(60)Co-γ射线10Gy全身照射。照射前及照射后观察小肠绒毛微循环变化。结果表明。照后6h,绒毛微血管网模糊或轻度扩张;照后24h,绒毛微血管扩张,血流速度稍慢;照后48h,上述改变加重;照后72h,毛细血管网消失,微血管驰张伴有血流速度明显减慢或血流淤滞,组织学检查显示绒毛裸露与微血管扩张。本实验证明,超致死剂量全身照射后小肠绒毛微循环有明显的规律性变化。
A segment of ileum of the rat was embedded in abdominal subcutaneous tissue and then two observing holes were made. The Rat received whole-body irradiation after the wound was healed. The microcirculation of intestinal villi was observed in vivo pre-and post-irradiation. It was found that microvessels of villi were blurred or slightly dilated 6 hr after irradiation, and dilated with blood flow velocity (BFV) slightly slowed 24 hr after irradiation. These changes were more severe 48 hr after irradiation. Seventy-two hr after irradiation capillaries disappeared, venules relaxed with slowness or stagnation of BFV, and histological examination revealed denudation of villi and dilation ofmicrovessels. The experiment suggests that there are regular changes in microcirculation of intestinal villi after supralethal whole-body irradiation.
