本文就如何最大限度地充分发挥福建得天独厚的自然地理优势和良好投资环境的优势，广泛吸收世界先进的林业技术和管理经验，大力筹措资金，增加林业科技投入和科技含量，走出一条科技先导型林业扩大再生产的道路，提出科技兴林的基本思路。

This paper puts forward the basic thinking of vitalizing forestry by means of science and technolo-gy in Fujian Province in respect of how to give full play to the physiographic dominance richly endowed by na-ture and the excellent investment environmental dominance in Fujian ,extensively assimilate the advancedforestry techniques and management experiences from other countries ,energetically raise funds and increasethe forestry scientific and technological input as well as the scientific and technological content in order totake a road of expanding reproduction of forestry with science and technology as the guidance.
