摘要
对采用竹材、芒秆等非木质材为原料制造石膏碎料板的生产工艺进行探讨,并通过试验确定其较佳的工艺参数。采用优化后工艺参数所制得非木质石膏碎料板,其产品主要力学性能MOR和IB分别超过6MPa和0.3MPa,Ts小于3%。
The productive technology of manufacturing gypsum particle
board by adopting the non-woodymaterials of bamboo woed,awn stem. etc.as raw materials
was approached and the better technological pa-rameters were determined through the
experiment.The MOR and IB of main mechanical performances of thenon-woody gypsum
particle board products,which were manufactured by adopting the technological parame-ters
after optimization,were over 6MPa and 0.3MPa respectively and the TS was smaller than 3%.
